Yeah but Melnyk likes to give the illusion that he's spending some money, this bumpbs his cap number up while not actually having to pay any of the money owed to Clarkson.

Fair value. Ryan is equivalent to -two 1st rounders. Sounds like something like this will happen, sad Dorion! Sounds like Glass, Heisk and Point are untouchable. So Suzuki, Theo, Serg, Honka (who may not reach peak, or NHL) would be in play. Nice!
