This is NOT about trades or cap... this post is about camp line combos.

Rookie 1 Volkov on the top line: Volkov-Stammer-Kuch. Last yr we put Vladi on the top line and they went on a scoring rampage. Volkov could be that answer. He also could be better than Vladi!

Rookie 2 to watch... Dman Cal Foote has been paired with Norris winner Hedman. 2 yrs ago, Coop paired a rookie (Dotchin) with Heddy before and that worked out well that yr.

Other lines to note from camp:
2nd line Palat-Point-Gourde so looks like Gourde took Johnson's spot on the 2nd line. Based on that Johnson would be moved to center on the 3rd line which bumps Cirelli to line 4. That is a really deep Center for the Bolts!

Killer-Cirelli-Erne are being paired together - so maybe a potential offensive 4th line?
Note Conacher move to the RW for camp. Maybe due to Callahan's injury spot being open.

Note on Dman: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd pairing are all vets with youth. Also an offensive dman paired with a "defense 1st" dman. Very balanced and deep core. the 4th pairing will probably not be a pairing at all, but rather will be on a healthy scratched rotation for depth.
