Description
Whats a fair trade for these guys?
Trades
1.
NJD
  1. Hoffman, Mike
  2. 2019 5th round pick (OTT)
OTT
  1. Quenneville, John
  2. Santini, Steven
  3. 2018 1st round pick (NJD)
2.
DET
  1. Speers, Blake
  2. 2018 2nd round pick (NJD)
  3. 2018 5th round pick (NJD)
Additional Details:
Speers still needs more maturing to do and he'll be a solid prospect in the future. As for the Redwings they wanna get a lot younger so adding a good prospect a 2nd and maybe a 5th would be a good trade. Agree?

Detroit can get more, they say no. Spears wouldn't pass most of the prospects Det has right now.

I think that Mike McLeod would have to go the other way in order to get Hoffman

meh it could go either way. Santini is a young solid dman who can dominate with his physical presence and a 1st round pick to go with it. Mcleod and a first would be giving up waaaaaaay too much. I see if your substituing Speers or something else for Quenneville but thats just me. Plus I think its a solid trade for both teams. New Jersey: Gets Proven Offensive power in Hoffy who can play with Zacha and Palmieri and will be a key power play player. For ottawa, like I said a solid dman in santini Speers is pretty good and a 1st to go with it. I only see this if the devils make the playoffs cuz ottawa would then have 2 firsties and nj would have 0. Thats just me tho.

Yeah Detroit easily says no to Speers he wouldn't surpass most of the prospects we've in Grand Rapids Detroit can get far better from Nashville, St Louis and or Columbus.
