WHY DOES EVERYONE THINK WE WILL SIGN TAVARES?!?!!?, the only case that works is if you sign him for 1-year deal

a tavares signing would work. bozak and jvr would be released. marleau could be traded the draft before matthews and marners contracts are up. and gardiner would also have to go but it could work. the leafs have enough talent they can afford to lose some players like jvr and replace them with prospects like johnsson kapanen etc
