why trade Price and then sign Tavares? Either sell or try to win now, its not possible to do both.

Minor points:
Tavares will be a free agent, but I don't think we will also get slemko off the books
Is Trochek even available? Why?

How will Schlemko for Tavares work!? Schlemko isnt even in the lineup right now and you are trying to get an all star center? No way that works.
