Description
Gardiner trade simply to avoid loosing another UFA for nothing and allow Dermott time to develop into Top-4 even though I believe he will demand it.

Dought trade is contingent on him signing an extention, i would estimate around 8 yr at 10.5 mil per.

That Doughty trade is awful. No team in their right mind would trade their franchise dman for two firsts and scraps. The gardiner trade is also extremely unlikely. murphy is just as good as gardiner, no way chicago throws in a second as well.
