Tavares and Carlson combined will get at least $19 million you're way off on both players, And Hab fans need to stop over-valuing a 29 year old Max Pacioretty No way you're getting both Martin Necas and Noah Hanifin for Pacioretty+2019 3rd round pick you're not even close i wouldn't give up Necas 1 for 1 for Pacioretty seeing that Carolina needs a future #1C and Necas should be pretty close to that in the near future.

I haven't seen a more absurd deal on here than Pacioretty for Necas and Hanifin.

Healthy and re-signed, Max is worth a boatload to a lot of teams. Carolina is probably low on that list. Teams that need a key piece to go from contender to front-runner. Not saying this is Montreal, but the best place for him is wherever John Tavares ends up. They’re made for each other.
