I like Wayne but not at that price. A player, a prospect, a 1st and a 3rd? More likely we sign a LW and trade for a C. Unless the miracle happens and JT shows up at our doorstep. Let Thomas play 3rd line C and have Tage and Berglund at RW on 2nd and 3rd line

Simmonds is not the same player he was even two years ago. He is lucic and look how good that contract and production is paying off for Edmonton.

Obviously he wont play same when he goes from the 1st line to the 3rd and we're giving him 3 more yrs not the 7 lucic got
