Reports are that Bouchard is at the top of Detroit's draft board post-Dahlin. Hughes is second on that list.

General report, yes, but many scout put Hughues as the best D available after Dahlin.

The old school scouts put him lower because of his frame. But his upsides, hockey IQ are threw the roof.
