I know St.Louis isn’t in the metropolitian division but the majority of the trades are with divisional teams.
And the Islanders probably won’t happen because I don’t think NYI would trade Pulock, especially to a rival

    Why does everyone want skinner nothing against the value but why do we need another inconsistent player who is only under contract one more year

    Trading weakness for strength doesn't really help the Islanders. Our top 6 is pretty much set. Unless we think Beau can be a center we have no room for forwards right now.

    That’s true so going after a defenseman on the ducks like Josh Manson or Brandon Monotur would be better. I knew that NYI had good offense but I just wanted s player like Pulock so I made the trade. Was the value fair though?

    He played on the third line last year, he wasn’t inconsistent. But having one year shouldn’t be much of an issue. Most players want to sign in NY so he’ll probably resign if we trade for him

    I just don’t see why during a rebuild stage we put our assets into a 26 year olds instead of more prospects and firsts

    Remember, you also need some older players. If everyone you have is between 18 and 22 then there won’t be much leadership. That’s why guys like Skinner are important. Plus, he’s a good player and isn’t too old
