No way we trade the 8th overall pick for Galcheneyuk, let alone Anisimov on top of that. I doubt the nuge trade would happen, they wouldn't spend 6 mil on him plus giving up Nashville's first when they have Schmaltz already. Murphy can get more than Pitlick, so they would need more in return. I also don't like how much you gave up to dump Seabrook, take out Sikura and it would be better.

Only Faulk trade that makes sense for CAR is Saad.

Not to mention no 13th forward, no room for callups, because no cap space...

If you're going to get Carlson its going to most likely 8 years by 8 mil. Its going to be a bidding war for him in free agency unless he stays in Wash at a discount bc their cup run right now. If anything, the Hawks are trying to surround their "core" guys with younger players so trading a lot of youth away for older veterans really doesn't make sense to be honest. You're completely revamping the roster here.
