2 things, Petrovic probably not going to be on the team, and I think if Cats package a deal to MTL it’s for Patches not just picks

Your probably right about Petro.....Although after watching Mccoshen last season it didn't look like he was ready for the NHL and could use another year in the AHL. As far as Bjugstad I think its time for him to move on for a fresh start. Hasn't been the same for a couple of years now and Montreal needs centers and Tallon likes to draft and develop so I thought this made sense. After the Hoffman trade there is no need for Patches. We have Hoffman on a good contract for two years and if he doesn't work out they have plenty of prospect to fill in his roster position.

Completely agree with you, just went with making the biggest splash possible
