Seguin (for @dcc94)

Description
@dcc94 so they'll have 6.9M$ of free space in 2019-2020. That is not enough to sign Seguin on it's own. They'll have to move some money around. Bonino is the likeliest candidate. A bottom team with salary floor concern would take the contract with something like a 2nd round pick (they'd send a 25-26 years old AHLer in return). Teams like VAN, OTT, MTL, NYI, maybe CAR (big need of centers and tons of cap space) would be incline to do it. With that 4.1M$ off the books, it gives you 11M$ to add one player (Tyler Seguin) and considering the tax free avantage they have in Tennesse, I won't be surprise to see him sign for 9.5M$ just like Kucherov did (maybe 10M$ tops) to make it all fit and be an NHL top3 Stanley Cup contender again. Seguin/Johansen/Turris as your #1-2-3 would be damn impressive!

Something seems wrong about a Dallas player signing in Nashville. Good contracts for Ellis and Fiala. Sissons is too high, he will probably get 1.25 mil.

I see Sissons career path very similar to the one of Jarnkrok. Compare the 2 and you'll understand. If Sissons repeats what he did last year, he'll be a little ahead of Jarnkrok at the time of negociating his contract. Plus look at the last 2 playoffs for Sissons and you'll see he's ahead of Jarnkrok a little, all things considered (4 NHL seasons compared to 2 & a quater). I think he ends up getting a little bit more than C.J. but it remains to be seen.

8 years at 6.25M$ AAV is the contract. My 6x6.75M$ was pretty much spot on, since the lasr 2 years of the contract drops the AAV, as usual. ?
