why would they pay chipchura a million dollars when they can re-sign dominic moore, who is better and more familiar with the system, for cheaper

I highly doubt they'll be able to get Moore for under a million. Not necessarily saying Chipchura is the guy they'll go after, it's more or less a placeholder for a $1M fourth line center.

I highly doubt they'll be able to get Moore for under a million. Not necessarily saying Chipchura is the guy they'll go after, it's more or less a placeholder for a $1M fourth line center.

You cant call it roster turnover when they only get rid of 4 players (in above situation)

Very difficult to come up with more than 4 legit moves on here. GM's take weeks and months doing this sort of work. Good start IMO.
