What did Bartkowski do to get a pay raise? Also he wouldn't get paid that to be 7-8 dman.

It's only a 250k raised. He was injury free and played 80 games of the season logging an average of 18:30 per game. 3rd highest point defenseman. We have the cap space to afford 2million for 2 years during this rebuild stage. Defensemen go down easily, he will bring depth
