Description

Trying to get a feel for how the Habs could look next year towards the end of the year.

DDA line is to put someone who, while not as fast or as skilled as you might like, is defensively sound with Drouin.

LKS - put someone defensively sound with JK who'll still be growing into his C duties and is paired with a rookie shooter. NS starts in Laval but will get called up early.

TDG - nuff said

BPE - I think after a little seasoning in the AHL Poehling gets called up and the 4th line gets blessed with speed and competence.

The Bergy surprise is the Bergy surprise. You know one is coming.

I ain't fussy on putting Armia on the top line, but it was a case of who else goes there? You don't want to break up T-D-G. You can't risk Hudon or someone who's not defensively sound if Drouin is going to keep making a mess of his defensive obligations. Lekhoken? But then who do you put with Kotkaneiemi as a shooter at the start of the year? Honestly, the Bergy Surprise should be a RWer if they can sign Schuldt at the end of the NCAA season. That way they can draft BPA at the draft and not *have* to hunt for a LHD.
