There's not a chance in hell Nashville does that. The only player on our roster that the Preds even consider for that is Hall.

First off, hall would be worth double that. Secondly Nashville is win now, and what they desperately need is a proven top 6 winger who's good when healthy for 30+ goals. Fabbro has zero chance of cracking that top 4 for the foreseeable future and it seems tolvanen would rather play in the NHL over the AHL. Sure maybe the devils can add a prospect to that but the deal really isn't far off.

I didn't say that was the value for Hall, just that he's the only guy that the Preds would move those two for. Would you trade Nico and Smith for a 2nd line RW, because that would be the same move as this. Besides, Tolvanen won't be in the AHL much longer.
