Description
The team's offense was relatively bare with some big gaps on RW and players in need of big contracts. I signed Eriksson and Boyes for the RW hoping they could provide some scoring and puck possession.

The rest of the team stayed relatively the same besides the goaltending where I signed James Reimer hoping he could function as the team's starter. I personally don't see trading the 6th overall pick for Andersen/Vasilesvkiy as a worthwhile investment.

The defence sees no new additions, I think the real fun will come next year when average defensemen such as Engelland, Wideman and Smid are finally UFAs. The only defensive signing was Aaron Ness who I believe could be a capable backup in case of injuries.

Reimer was asking 5+ million for an extension. He wont get that, but 2.8 is way to low for a guy who is a UFA and being brought in to be a starter. term is terrible too.

Riemer needs more $. They won't sign Eriksson (Okposo if anyone). Johnny & Mony will get identical deals 6×6 or 7.5×8. Don't buyout Bouma just after one injury plagued season. Maybe buyout Raymond instead. Trade Wideman, too much $, not enough actually playing defense. And finally, they won't take Tkachuk at 6, I know Brad Treliving, they need a right handed RW. They're drafting Alex Nylander without a doubt.
