Not unreasonable, however I don't think Edmonton would throw in a first and a second with the contract dump of Lucic, it would likely be a second, with them taking on Sutter's contract in return.

Realistically, I see Ottawa as the best potential trade partner for Eriksson's contract, cap floor team, he is only owed 3 Million in actual dollars, with the addition of Goldy, I would say you maybe could expect a bit better of a return than a fifth and sixth. I suggested in my mock team for next season, that perhaps you could convince the Sens to give up Tychonick in exchance for both Little Things Loui and Goldy.

The Erik Karlsson signing is interesting, not that I wouldn't love to see him play with Petey, Brock, Horvat and Hughes, I am just unsure how his ankle will hold up over the next five to seven seasons you would need to offer him in order to get him to sign.

Waiting for the day that Hockey players and teams, start to sign short term, high dollar contracts. More often than not, the player seems to want the stability of a long term deal, and sacrifices a bit of money in the deal.
