I gave Necas another year in the AHL. He can easily be called up, but I'd rather him be playing first-line minutes in the AHL then riding the bench or playing 4th line minute in the NHL.

Yeah you're right, the only way he is on the team is if he plays 3rd line. I think he will be on the roster for the start of the season though.
