Easy pass from Philly. Leaves us without a 1C as Giroux is a full time winger now. All Philly should be after is a stopgap 2/3C if Frost isn’t ready and a backup goalie. If a deal for a top 4 RD is available that may also happen. Trading our top line center just opens a huge hole.

A prospect and a 28 year old dman for a 1st line center on a great contract and a pick? While there is not a team out there that wouldn't want to improve their defense, they aren't going to trade their top center for a #3-4 dman. I don't know what the ceiling is for Foudy but I can't see that being enough.
