That was my first day on this website so give me a break!

It was not to move salary... it was to move an underwhelming player that could be more effective in a top 9 role on another team. We have plenty of scrappy guys to play fourth line minutes. He does not fit the Blue Jacket mold. Though, I will say he played his best hockey for us in the playoffs.
