He's had some good numbers on some bad teams. Playing behind a strong defense could see him put up career numbers.

I would still rather keep Jones

Slightly cheaper and younger. I think he will have a bounce back year

I'm on board at least with the idea of moving Jones. I like Jones a lot, but I've never been big on paying goaltenders big money. To me, for the most part it's largely the team D that makes the goaltending look either good or bad. If the Sharks could trade Jones for an upgrade up front, I think the overall team D will be improved this year with Boughner back, and even a guy like Dell will be made out to look better than what he was last year.

And no.... I'm not saying trade Jones and start Dell.

Thats why I added Dahlen and Coleman to the deal. Coleman had 22 goals last year, I doubt they'd move him but Dahlen is a potential top 6 forward.

What do you read into Dahlen potentially wanting to go back and play in Sweden? Just heard some rumors... not sure the truth to any of it.

He has a real shot at being a top six in the NHL if he just improves his two way game.
