Given the bonus the young oilers will get, it is going to be difficult for the Oilers to keep their 6 million dollar forwards and sign Lucic and Demers. Even dumping four salaries they are up against the cap. One will probably have to be traded.

Pouliot may have more value, I was looking at the rumoured FA signings, and how much salary has to go, to stay under the cap. Trades are only to move salaries, the return can be more or less as long as no NHL salary comes back.
