Key Notes:
- Greg Pateryn is expected to be placed on IR
- Mason SHaw will be placed on IR
- Louis Belpedio was sent down to minors
- JT Brown was placed on waivers to be sent down to the minors
- Koivu and Dumba are coming back from a season ending injuries that required surgery to repair.
- Koivu is expected to take a bottom six role and have special teams time for sheltered minutes while working him back into a prominent role
- Current forward lines are from the last two preseason games and have been pretty consistent in practice
- Hunt can play on the right side but is having issues with back spasms, if he is out then Soucy will take his place
- Rask did not have a good preseason and is expected to be a scratch or fill in for injuries
- Top call up options for defense: Louis Belpedio, Brennan Menell and Hunter Warner
- Top call up options fro forwards: JT Brown, Nico Sturm, Gerry Mayhew, and Kyle Rau
