Description

I don’t agree with the choice to send Chytil/Kravtsov to Hartford but keep Howden up here. First off, Kravtsov belongs in the NHL. He didn’t light up the score sheet in the preseason but he played at a high level throughout and was responsible in all three zones. Howden has been just as bad defensively as Chytil and doesn’t have anything close to the offensive abilities Fil has. I really think Howden is the one that needs to spend some time in the AHL.

If you put Chytil and Kravtsov with a good, sound, responsible d vet like Vlad, they’ll have more free reign to play there creative game. That would be a killer 3rd line imo.

McKegg should absolutely be on the roster based on his play but he shouldn’t be taking a spot from a kid. He’s a great 13F guy who plays hard and plays the right way, nothing more. Fire Micheal Haley into the sun!
