Fucale is a D prospect don't see where you think he is highly touted Charlie Lindgren has beat him as youth choice and he has had bad stats since he was drafted and if you ask around not in mtl because all are prospects are Patrick Roy and Wayne Gretzkys .He is not touted except as depth signing for a team. he is the price to pay to dump the contract teams don't just take them for free you know.

So you'd be ready to trade Fucale to dump...a $1.16m contract ? Doesn't make any sense...just bury Byron in the minor, or buy him out.
A 5th and 6th round pick isn't nearly enough to justify trading what is, right now, the best goaltending prospect you have in the minors.
Lindgren and Fucale are both listed as 8.0 D prospect...8.0 prospects are quite valuable, even if their probability of success is a D.
