Description

I got rid of some liabilities and cap space, while giving the leafs one of the best D cores in the league. The leafs have more than $5 million in cap space and added acciari, a physical guy who still contributes. Spezza and kaskisuo are useless for the leafs and are sweeteners in the deal sending kap and Johnny to the wild who need young forwards in exchange for two very good dmen. We send ceci as well to help them tank for a pick. Maybe he’ll turn out well for them lol. He’s a UFA anyway. Overall the leafs add a 3rd, 5th and 6th, drop $5 mil in cap space, heavily improve their defense, add a bit of physicality and production up top while still having a good forward core. They didn’t trade any prospects or stars.
