Lefreneiere like Hughes is Awesome but he's no Crosby or Mcdavid .
he's just been in a prospect pool for so long where he's a country mile ahead of the competition that he looks like a man playing among children . That will be tested when jumping to the NHL as seen with Hughes if you dont face real challenge's in opposition for a long while it can be a culture shock at the National level

Difference between Hughes and Lafrenière is that Lafrenière’s been playing against older guys for years because of his exceptionnal status at 15 in the Q (got 80 pts in 60 games that year) Also the gap between the USDP and the NHL is bigger than the gap between the QMJHL and the NHL.

Lafrenière will be a franchise player, hes just that good
