Team Explanation
The penguins get a decent bottom 6 forward who can also play center and save almost $2 million in cap space while the Islanders get some more scoring. Fair?

The problem is Komarov is 7 years older than Galchenyuk & doesn’t produce, but I do think he’d be a good fit for Sully’s team with his speed, tenacity, forecheck & two-way play. Not sure if Galchenyuk would be good for NYI, but if they made Brassard useful, then they’ve got a chance.

Absolutely not. Leo is worse and has term on his contract.

I dont want Galchenyuk. Don't think he will fit well in the Isles system. He sucks at defense
