Nuts with the retained salary on Staal you're effectively paying Shatty 8.5.... RETAINED SALARY MATTERS.... can't just give away cap space to make desperate trades

but im 72 of 73 and the cap is suppose to jump to high 70s with the new tv deal in 2017-2018. no way stl makes the deal paying staals full salary. he turns into a very valuable player at 5 yrs less than 20 mil
