I looked at that also. Chara's Cap Hit drops next Year, J-M Liles Money drops plus the 2 Mil ahead now frees up about 7 Mil. Buying Chara out is Plan B only if Shattenkirk resigns. I would assume though that the Cap will go up next Year. I think it would be tight also. Stastny's 7 Mil coming is the better number after Year 2. Krejci's Salary would have still been there for Years.
