Way too much money for Athanasiou. He played very badly in Edmonton and got bumped off the 1st line by Ennis. He's not worth 4.5M. I think one year at 3M as a prove yourself is fair.

That trade is very and for Winnipeg. 5 years of Ehlers for 1 year of Nugent-Hopkins and they give up the better pick?

Skinner is barely ready for the AHL much less the NHL. I'd agree more with Kinkaid than Skinner and the price would be negligible.
Lavoie isn't ready for the jump. Hasn't played any pro yet and no reason to rush him now.
If Bouch is ready, Benning's rights will be traded.
I would also strongly consider some centre depth as those bottom 2 centres are not enough.
