Sabres don't want Bjugstad unless there is some retention by Pitt. The Sabres will be working on an internal cap this year and no way they can set aside 5.25 million for this player

They definitely will be moving out at least one RD that doesn't mean they are doing dollars in dollars out for bad contracts
