My idea for this situation is this:
We NEED to address the situation with strome and deangelo. Both have stated they want to stay in New York. Deangelo is one of the better offensive defenseman in the league and you can't let that type of player walk. Strome was a product of Panarin in some sense, however, Panarin and Strome had chemistry which is very rare to find in this league. I believe that we should give them twin deals, 4.5 Mil for 2 years, and keep them in New York. Same goes for Fast. Fast is a great PK player for us and we need him to help solidify our PK. Fast has been rumored to be taking a little less money to want to stay, so i will predict him for 2.15 for 2 years. I'd also go against what JD said and keep all 3 goalies this year. We are all aware that Henrik is on the backend of his career, however, he has knowledge that he can teach both of our 2 young goalies. Georgiev should stay unless he is offered for a 1st. We shouldn't rush our players so I believe that we give Kandre some nhl time to try and work on his game. We may not win this year, but in the next few years, we may win a cup.
