Description

I like the idea of bringing back Jesse for because it fills a role in the top six. I feel with his play in Europe he will be able to play good hockey, and with the addition of Hoffman fills our top six. This allows RNH to drop the the third center role which will give out top 9 a lot of scoring. I think it is probable that the bottom line can snag a few with the speed and size they bring. The defense is unchanged, Benning is great depth, and Bouchard is ready for the NHL and I think this is a solid blue line. Koski had great numbers this season and with an underrated back up in Aaron Dell the Oilers can out score most teams in the league.

Yea, messed that one up fixed it now. Not bad for the Wings to get a pick and a good shut down guy for a year. He would be gone by the time you want to start wining

That’s just a over blown nonsense about Russell’s “negative” value. Not true but the return isn’t really the point of moving him so whatever. In no way will nuge be dropped from a top six role. He’s way too good with either Leon or mcdavid. But we got haas who I thought looked like a capable option later in the year for 3c try out. Gagner could be an option for cheap. I’d even look into Thornton. Lots of depth veteran options out there for 3c

People on here were rejecting Chiasson for a 5th, why would we do it for a 3rd?
