Trade seems a little lopsided in my opinion - Senators just sent a 2021 4th to Nashville for Austin Watson, and I'd argue that Panik is objectively better and not that much older. Curious what your values are here? I think you could get by with Panik for a 2021 (or '22 if you want) 3rd straight up.

figured they'd see Caps as desperate and demand a couple prospects that don't seem to have any room in Washington just to dump the Panik contract but Vegas just got rid of Schmidt for only a third in 2022 so who really knows. Just tried to sweeten the pot for them to accept a large contract seeing they could probably get a FA winger for a lot cheaper but they also are about 6mil under the cap floor. So maybe change it to 3rd in 2021 and 5th or 6th instead of 7th and either drop Johansen or the pick.
