Florida declines, Cirelli is worth more then Mittelstadt and a 2nd round pick. And for 2 x $4.5 mil Cirelli stays in Tampa.

I feel like this isn't enough. But only because I would think that the Sabres would be an easy playoff team with the additions that they made and adding Cirelli. So the 1st would likely be late.

Mittelstadt unfortunately doesn't have that value yet
