Blues make A blockbuster with the Islanders amid an abysmal season for New York. Afraid that he will eventually lose him, Garth Snow trades Tavares to a cup contender for the offensive defenseman and NY native Kevin Shattenkirk. Insert Robby Fabbri for Ivan Barbashev if necessary, since obviously NY may ask for more than whats offered

And if Parayko with two firsts and a second or Barbashev is what it takes, then i take that 10/10. Only if it happens this year though. This was basically an ideal version for STL with many different variations of a trade that they hopefully end up taking. But man, my body is ready to let go of its ties with Shattenkirk, especially Parayko as ******* amazing as he is. In the end I just want my God damn Taveras. You have to offer them what you dont want to let go of to make a deal when it gets like this.
