OEL declines. Before UFA started AND ONLY BEFORE. He was interested in going to VAN and BOS. He would waive for only those two teams. Also only before the free agency started

Even ignoring all the other reasons this is implausible - there's no way NYR is trading Deangelo and Georgiev to the same place
