There's a report going around that he could be going back to Sweden after his bonus is paid. Also Winnipeg isn't trading Lowry right after signing him

Any idea how the cap works if Loui heads back to Sweden after his bonus?

Lowry would be hard to pry away, Copp would be the next choice. I figure the Jets won't keep all those centremen.

The Jets have no need for another goalie. The current rotation is doing great and the also have Berdin in the Moose waiting in the wings if they need him as a backup next season. Berdin is ready for the NHL already skill level wise so that trade doesn’t make a whole lot of sense for them. Lowry is their best shut down centre and to trade for a goalie prospect doesn’t make a whole lot of sense when they already have arguably the best goalie in the league. Hellebuyck is only 28 so Jets are set for the future in goal.

I think if Eriksson retires we'll have a 2mil recapture penalty and if we could pry Patrick from Philly he would be my choice for 3C tbh
