Steen has already been re-signed to a 4 year $23 million deal. I would let Berglund walk. Use that money to re-sign Johnson. Then attempt to trade Lehtera to a team needing to reach the cap floor. Or expose bouwmeester in the expansion draft and let Vegas take his salary.

Yeah No Tampa isn't a cup contender this year, Shattenkirk would be rental on a team that's probably not going to make the playoff Yzerman isn't dealing Johnson for a more expensive Shattenkirk that Tampa wont be able to resign any ways.

Tampa can't afford Shattenkirk long term, So no way is Tyler Johnson getting dealt for a rental. Tampa isn't going for the cup this year they're pure crap right now just like Detroit.
