I think CBJ declines the deal. Nothing to do with value but both of those guys wore an A this past season and with Foligno already getting traded, they need to keep Boone for this season just to help the younger guys and teach them how to be pros.

Eh, I dont think that matters at this point. Nyquist can be that leader through the dark times (if even he wants to stay). Its time to rip everything down to the studs (Oliver and any russian prospect) and take what you can get. I would flip marner for more picks and/or high end prospects that are 2 years away.
