thats the rules have them changed but does the league not want a kane , kucherov tarasenko etc. playing in the playoff because they were on LTIR during the season?

You can play the stars all you want, but just manage to still be under the cap in depth. Obviously the league wants those guys to play, but there is a salary cap for a reason.
