Nylander isn't being shopped, I don't know why anyone thinks this

Only way anyone is getting Nylander is for an Ekblad/Parayako type players

A ~20 year old RHD with Elite potential playing at an exceptional level right now, Toronto isn't desperate for defence

Tyson Barrie isn't even close

26 points in 33 games in the AHL for a guy out of the 2013 draft class vs 34 points in 49 games in the NHL for a guy out of the 2014 draft class

The trade value gap between Nylander and Barrie isn't just Compher imo

and regardless, Toronto doesn't want to trade Nylander, there's no basis to the idea, TSN just wanted a story and to create some controversy and generate some clicks

I agree...I don't think management has any interest in moving him.

The difference between Duchene and Sergachev is way more than 2 ~50th overall picks.

Big NO from Habs: Sergachev will be a superstar on D. Dutchy is an OK 2nd liner, nothing special.
