how is this buying low when youre giving up way too much to get each of these players?

Hall declined a trade to TOR and openly stated he wanted to come back to BOS.

its not even just that trade though. the Rielly and Kerfoot trades make 0 sense. buying low means not giving up a lot to get them. the galchenyuk trade was buying low. I dont even know what to call this
