What about Toronto giving up a first for ONE YEAR of Marleau? Thats the cost. I wouldnt be surprised if SEA says no even with a first.

I'm not arguing the cost. I'm saying that EDM would rather have the dead cap from the buyout than pay picks to be rid of him.
