Forgot to swap Coots into 1C

As much as I would love for Voracek and his 8 million to get taken in the draft, I doubt that happens. I also doubt the rumors of Voracek, Hagg and a second for Tarasenko going to seattle. Just doesn't seem like it makes much sense for them.

Tried to put together a team where Chuck brings back Parise and Suter together for another run or two and tries to get them a cup. They bring in some great veteran leadership in low TOI roles.

Bring in larsson and pair him with Sanheim and solidify your top 4 for the next four years. Bernier comes in for three years and adds some stability behind Hart as well as being a competent 1B

No one takes the Ghost contract in a flat cap era so he gets buried in the minors

voracek is as good as gone, idk how chucks gonna do it, but he has said its time for a change. jake had his best years under hakstol and they will need offense, i think it makes a lot of sense

Although money really isn't an object for Parise and Suter, I don't see them signing for that cheap, when other teams will be making a play for them, majority in contention. For instance, Suter is also being pursued by Winnipeg, and yes I get Winnipeg is not as desired for a location in comparison to Philadelphia, it's closer to home, and they'd likely more than double the offer ($3m/2 years as well) plus they're a playoff contending team as well. I don't think you're far off with your predictions and this team would be great(love the logic/reason behind Bernier for 3 years) just think you're low balling Suter and possibly Parise...

You are right, I did lowball them a bit in terms of dollar amount but I figured they may be willing to come here to play for Chuck again, as well as play together. There are a few other players who could fit those holes, but seeing as the Flyers clearly want to go for it it made sense to bring in a pair of veteran guys. If they don't come in then York plays 3LHD and we sign someone else for the fourth line around 1 million in space.

Man, I would love to Voracek and his cap hit to go. I just don't see how it is going to happen. Luckily Chuck is a real GM and I am sitting behind a computer so I hope he can pull it off!
