Does this team have another shot at the stanley cup??

Also how much will Yandle want? I think he'd be a nice fit for an offensive d-man since the Habs have great shutdown D-men.

Also would it be better if they buyout Byron and re-sign Armia??

EDIT: so say Price comes back sometime in the 2021-22 season. then what? MTL would be $2.7M over the cap hit and would most likely put Byron on waivers.

From what has been released today it doesn't sound like Danualt will be back with the Habs and Idk if Broissoit is going to be a serviceable enough to handle half the load for a majority of the season (until Price is healthy).

But other than those two things I thing the other scenerios are pretty realistic and could happen

I am seeing a lot of people on here spending like 80 mil of the cap....but it has to be remembered that Carey Price's injury is not career threatening and experts are saying that he may miss only a portion of the regular season next year. So when he is healthy how are you going to free up 10 mil of cap space. Just something to keep in mind when creating a team!

This of course is if he is not selected by Seattle.

Poehling will more than likely be Danaults replacement. You don't need the cap space enough where you need to pay for them to take Drouin. They will choose Drouin, Fleury, Kulak or longer shot at Byron freely
