I don't believe you can send Borgren back for a while.

I think the value is good. Buffalo gets Beniers and Seattle gets a legit 1C to kick start their franchise.

Seattle could send Borgen back, the only way you can't send a player back to their original team is with retained salary because the NHL sees that as cap circumvention.
